Hyuuga Neji

Neji of the Hyuuga clan, Branch House (opposed to the Main House) possesses the Advanced Blood eye ability, Byakugan (pronounced Bya-ku-Gan). He is considered a genius. He has mastered the gentle fist and he has even mastered techniques which were intended only for the Main House. His Byakugan allows him to have a 360 degree field of vision, the ability to see through objects, and also far sight.
