Gouzu

Gouzu is introduced by sneaking up an attack on Kakashi with his accomplice Meizu while they were escorting Tazuna back to Wave country. The only weapon he uses is the chains connected to his arms to Meizu. Anyone who gets wrap up between their chains, would be as good as dead as the chains will rip them into shreds. Anyway he is just another one of the ninjas that Gotah hired to kill Tazuna and his workers to prevent them from completing the bridge.
